Shipping policy

We have a team of awesome humans in our warehouse that pick, pack, and ship each order by hand…..our shipping team works Monday-Friday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship & get a tracking numbers emailed. (Express orders will go out ASAP) Quick heads up tho….it’s the tracking number, not your order delivery itself.

If order changes need to be made please make them ASAP by emailing service@coatse.com with your order # in the subject line.

If your order doesn’t ship in 10 business days there is likely a problem with your shipping address, please check your spam folder as our customer service team will reach out if our shipping system tags your address as problematic. If you don’t see anything please email us asap at service@coatse.com

Shipping prices are based on delivery location and order size.
